SCL and FELMI awarded with ACR-Price 2015
SCL is proud to announce, that the Institute for Electron Microscopy and Nanoanalysis of the TU Graz (
FELMI-ZFE) and SCL won the ACR-price 2015 (ACR…Austrian Cooperative Research).
FELMI-ZFE and SCL have developed a novel self-sensing probe type for atomic force microscopy. By using a 3D nano-printing method called FEBID new tip functionalities and geometries were achieved for our self-sensing cantilevers.
This new probes will be integrated on SCL’s product portfolio in Q1/2016. We thank all of our partners for the fruitful cooperation and are looking forward for further success stories!
